🚚 How long does delivery take?
We ship internationally from our warehouses. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. India, UAE and USA orders typically arrive within this window. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
📦 How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–3 days after dispatch for tracking to activate. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 days of ordering, contact us at we4usupport@gmail.com.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email us at we4usupport@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed in USD.
📏 What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available in sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

🔁 Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email us at we4usupport@gmail.com with your order number and preferred size/colour and we will do our best to help.

Yes. Every product in our store is sourced from verified suppliers and quality-checked before it reaches you. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
