Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not marked as final sale

How to start a return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at we4usupport@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
